He would only recommend products that would fit my budget and goals and didn’t try to wheedle me into something that wasn’t right for me when it might have benefited him. The entire experience with my Loan Officer and assistant was a great experience. I am a veteran who sought a streamline refi and initially went with first lender who quoted me with a ridiculous rate. I shared my concerns with Prime Choice and they not only met, but they also exceeded expectations dropping my rate almost 2 points. The process was an easy one and the communication was constant. I never had a moment where I felt I was alone in the process. I’m still dealing with the old financier who shall remain nameless for my property tax check, but this company was great to work with. Working with Primechoice Funding has been the ideal customer service experience. Throughout the duration of our loan process everything was clear and concise. I worked with Alex Namazi and his team. Alex is a true example of great customer service, he worked with my wife, daughter and I in answering any and all questions we had about the process.
In addition, he worked tirelessly to ensure our experience with Prime Choice was great. Alex was very patient and understanding, he told us “not to worry you are in good hands”. He understood that were cautious due to previous encounters with predatory lenders. He explained every phase of the VA refinance process, where we felt comfortable to move forward with the process. Our first contact by phone was with Phillip Gallegos who asked for and received all information regarding our loan request thru email. We were then contacted by Brighton Truax, a senior loan consultant, thru phone calls and emails we were given preliminary approval. We then worked with his associate, Bob Li, who guided us to get our final approval .By using email Anne Khlousy and Koren Garrot, sent us the necessary forms for completion of our application. All the people that I mentioned above were easy to work with, polite, professional and knowledgeable. At any time I needed to find out the progress or any information ,they were always easy to contact. In the future, if my wife and I decide to refinance again we will definitely contact this company.
